Before watching Ford v Ferrari, the only thing I knew about cars was that I didn't care about them. Nor did I understand how races could possibly be entertaining. However, this film both made me appreciate competitive drivers and contemplate what it means to be on a team. Does it means sacrificing all you've worked for to make others look better? Based on a true story, Ford v Ferrari surprised me with its emotional impact. Bale and Damon perfectly emulated their characters, and I appreciated the careful effort presented to make the races as enjoyable as possible for the audience. Even if you've never had any interest in cars, Ford v Ferrari is a film that will captivate you with its constant excitement and unexpected twists and turns.
